Good online service, unthrustful British mail

The rail passes that I had bought didn't arrive. I contacted ACP, where I immediately got a friendly answer and a confirmation, that new passes were issued and sent from London. These had still not appeared after 8 days (mail should take 2-3 days from UK to Sweden). The day after, they came, and according to the stamp on the letter, ACP had sent them on the very day I got the second passes issued. ACP did a great job trying to resolve a situation where our departure got closer and closer.

Review ACP Rail MASSIVE Overcharge

I booked rail tickets in Europe on ACP Rail's website thinking I would receive a reasonable fare. We were travelling from a town in Slovakia to Budapest and decided to travel 1st Class. The tickets arrived by mail costing a total of $328.00 for 2 tickets plus $15 shipping and handling. On arriving at the station, I inquired as to the cost should I book today and was quoted 43 euros each (approximately $65.00). On my return, I contacted ACP and was fobbed off. I believe I have been grossly overcharged and want to warn other potential consumers of ACP Rail's pricing policy.
