- Old AR11 speakers have weakening crossover capacitors.
- They require 40uf 50vac and 120uf 50vac capacitors.
- Looking for places to obtain them.
Im using ar11 speakers. As they are very old the capacitors in crossover are weak now the capacitors number is 40uf 50vac & 120uf 50vac is required but not getting.
Further pls suggest how I can get thease capacitors. Thanks

- First rep was unhelpful and hung up on me, with kids crying in the background.
- Second rep couldn't help and blamed Amazon.ca, showing poor service.
Very "unhelpful " reps!..first was obviously working from home as there were kids crying in the background!..rep actually hung up on me and I was actually being polite!
Called back and second rep said they couldn't help me with my issue..blamed it on Amazon.ca and willing to do nothing to help! Very poor customer service as far as I'm concerned

These are a pretty good speaker...however the customer service with this company..acoustic research..is horrible!..although it's a decent speaker would not buy from this company
