Resolved: They will not give me money won
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted Casino Guru and less than a week later I received my winnings.
I won $550.00. I put in for my redemption on January 18, 2025.
I received an acknowledgement
I started asking their customer service online where my redemption was, around January 24th. No answer. Tried again January 30. Got automated message saying they were "on weekend and will answer when they return"
No answer.
Tried again February 4. Same weekend message and my messages still there. Today, February 18 I was signing in to check again and I got a pop up saying the site is not available in my area and I couldn't get in. Apparently I am locked out.
I tried emailing the company and it got returned because it was not accepted by the company.
I'm at a loss where to go from here. Is there someone who can intervene on my behalf to get them to honor my cash out?
