Ils savent cqu'ils font, l'expertisse est là, aucun doute la dessus. Par contre, le service à la clientele de la receptioniste c'est vraiment pas top.
Je suis arriver 25 minutes en retard à mon rendé-vous à cause d'un problaime d'autobus. Et on ma dit que je devais reprendre un autre rendé-vous parce qu'on peut pas me mettre entre deux rendé-vous.
J'étais pas pour faire un autre déplacement de 45 minutes inutilement pour une rencontre de 5-10 minutes, j'ai donc deposer mes papiers en ligne.
Engagez du staff pour nous evité les deplacements inutiles. Un retard ça arrive.
