I have used Acne Free products for many years. Some I keep using, a couple didn't do anything for my adult acne.I have called the company 3 times in the last 10-15 years and every call was answered promptly and the 3 different people I spoke to were pleasant, professional and helpful.
The pricing on their products is much friendlier than competing brands with the same ingredients.
I have never had an issue with the quality of their products. I have no association with the company, nor did they ask me to write a review, not did I receive any compensation for writing this review, I simply thought I should give another customer's experience with this company.

Found a hair in my unused product
- - Found a hair in the cleanser bottle under the paper label.
- - Threw it away after opening due to contamination concerns.
Well so much for product purity. Threw it away right after I opened it because I found a hair in the cleanser bottle just hiding under the paper label they put around the bottle. Which is just disgusting.

I used the Acnefree Pimple Patch hoping it would help with an under-the-skin pimple that was forming. I used it at night when it was first starting to form, following the directions to a T, cleansing my face first, leaving it on for one hour, etc. I don't have sensitive skin so I wasn't expecting any problems with it and was looking forward to being pimple free by the next day.
The pain in my face woke me up the next morning. When I looked in the mirror it looked like I had a open sore on my cheek exactly the size of the patch. I called the company and it took forever to get anyone on the phone. When I did she said that it doesn't happen that often. Her suggestion was for me to go to the doctor about it, which I couldn't afford. They did not apologize, they did not write a report or want any followup information. They also offered no refund.
After the redness calmed down there appeared abrasions in my skin around where the edge of the patch was. It was so bad a child asked me if an animal attacked my face. Now my face is scarred.
Having a scarred face isn't the end of the world, but the ambivalence from the company whose product put it there is very upsetting. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use this product under any circumstance. Oh, and the pimple was worse than ever after using it. There is nothing positive about this product.
