Stolen money

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I did a job for Acloche in Delaware, Ohio I was making $12.00 an hour and worked 31 hours plus 4 hours of orientation. I earned a total of $420.00 and got paid $193..02.

Acloche stole the rest of my money, and i will not ever work for Acloche again. I have never been ripped of money from any employer before Acloche is the only company I ever worked for who never paid me my full pay check.

I do not advise anyone to ever work for Acloche again. I worked for them last year before and i always got paid what they owe me, but this year is the first time they never paid me my full pay they owed me.

Unprofessional management

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Be careful where you apply. Stay away from Newark branch.

Clubhouse mentality from staff all the way from bottom to the top that wants only as they say "Easy Money." The Market Manager of building does not even know local area they service. She does not believe in her own area of service either, as she had no links to community assistance programs or sectors before I reached out. She gave me the excuse they never called back, but when i had meetings with local agencies, they stated they thought our company shut down after problems for a while at branch. The branch had a bad history for at least a year before i took position.

Same type of actions. I heard that the turnaround changed monthly for Coordinators even from the staff there working at the branch. I got the job as a Staffing Coordinator, only after complaining to CEO of Company. I recieved bad service due to "vacations of staff" as they put it trying to apply for an external job.

I was asked after over two weeks of waiting for pre screening to come back to go to Orientation to a job in an hour. I did not even except to this position. I worked as a Coordinator there for 2 months, getting heat the whole way from the other staff as I was trying to go above and beyond for company. I tried to go up chain of command to work out the issues i had and all i got was roadblocks due to friendships within company and branch.

The upper staff called themselves "Shareholders" and said they get paid no matter what happened to branch amoungest themselves. End of story i put in a two weeks notice in after a dispute with Market Manager, which i found out after is a horrible idea when in a salary postion. They did not let me work the two weeks to locate other employment. Pretty much said it was because i resigned and they dont legally have too.

I agree with them and know they are legally right, but i need to share my side. It was a forced resignation. As a 9 year vet of foreign wars i am unfortunately unable to work with unprofessional people. They state they are professional staffing, but i found out they are just your regular old temp agency.

Makes me wonder how the accoadles they got stick and who is the competition. This company has awaken my passion for becoming a recruiter, but has absolutely scared me from "TEMP" agencies where most of my talents would be useful . Their final statement to me was probably the most unprofessional thing i ever endured in my life and i have been through alot. The management after supposedly accepting my resignation did not let me return to get my things from desk which were only family pictutes.

Instead they sent them Via UPS, over bubble wrapped everything as well as over tapped everything. I laughed it off. Unprofessional actions like that only proved i was right about the staff. I got to bottom of box where they specially wrapped a pair of regulation safety glasses.

The safety glasses were not mine and not in desk as they tried to say. I live by HONOR COURAGE AND COMMITMENT and i do not lie. I got the joke they were trying to make then loud and clear. 2 weeks before i "resigned" i let the Manager of branch know i found out from VA that i was going to go blind in my left eye due to a military in service injury.

This was a low blow and totally unnecessary. The CEO when i brought to attention made excuses for it, not going to go into all details but had many conversations with not only her but her supposed regional manager about it. Not going to say that everyone in company is bad, but the experience i had with the elite of there company was really bad and totally unprofessional. This will set me back but i told the CEO and the regional on a three way call "Challenge accepted." I have overcome way bigger obstacles than petty jokes and hate.

I WILL be a recruiter one day. I KNOW PEOPLE and i love to help people. I can only hope for anyone that reads this that you be careful. Dont let all the accolades and sugar coating shade whats really going on at some branches within this company.

I only hope that the CEO holds her word and makes the changes necessary to fix issues. I have to at least share my experience to avoid anyone else having the same one. I wouldn't be the man I stated i was if i didnt.

I Hope everyone finds that career your looking for. They have great opportunities, just be careful who you talk to.

Trying to get a job

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

A girl at the office submitted my resume to a company, soon after I got off the phone with her I lost my phone, I looked for awhile and finally ordered a different phone. I received my phone on the weekend and checked my voicemail and there was several voicemails left from "Jackie" in the Delaware Ohio office come to find out the company wanted to give me an interview.

So I called about a job i seen on indeed and asked about it. Then got "Jackie" on the phone. I asked about the spot I was inquiring on and she said " I don't feel comfortable placing u anywhere at this time" even after I explained my situation. I can't believe one person can decide that a dad of 3 kids can not have a job because of something that happened to him.

Someone in a temp agency office don't like u or if u upset them they don't allow u to work. I believe is out of control.

This is not the first time something like this has happened to me either. I believe something should be done.

Why did you not borrow a phone? Have you ever head the phrase "time is money"?

There endless candidates who drop off like you did. People don't have time to wait--- there is money to be made and others who are deserving.

You are inconsiderate and lazy and probably unemployed regularly. Loser.

You should have emailed her at least to explain the situation (though personally I would have borrowed a phone and placed a call as well). Having said that, I think she is being a little too rigid, considering you explained the situation.

Never depend on a staffing agency to find you work. It is always best to find your own employment.

Acloche Staffing Services Review from West Mansfield, Ohio

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I just wanted to file a complaint about acloche employer that helped me. Her name is Melissa from the Heath Ohio location.

She had me go in and finish the application process so I did and then she offered me a position for a credit card company but the offered me a different one for the limited warehouse. I went to orientation and training for the first day. Melissa told me to call her if I didn't want or like the position so after standing for the majority of time because there was no worl I decided I didn't want to do the job. Also they said it was full time but then once we were there they told us we wouldn't be working that much next week because they wouldn't be very busy.

Melissa was very rude towards me and simply told me she had no more positions to offer me and hung up the phone. Obviously she receives some sort of incentive for getting jobs for people and was mad that I didn't want to accept the position.

This seemed very unprofessional to me and since her job is to help others find open positions I do not think she is doing her job correctly. Especially considering that I've been trying for awhile to find a job and doing everything I can to find one and then I find this opportunity, try it out and it didn't work out so not only did I waste time, I was upset about it and after talking to Melissa she made it completely worse so needless to say my 45 minute drive home from the job where I stood the whole time was consisted of crying.

Acloche staffing Lancaster Ohio

I dont know where they find these people who work in this office! Abby and Danielle are complete jokes when it comes to doing their jobs!

They're a staffing agency so they're supposed to find work for you! You can call 2-3 times a week and they never have any work! They were supposed to have submitted resumes for me for jobs and when I called the place that was supposed to get my resume they said they never recieved it! I called in sick one day and told them I was going to the Dr and I would follow up with them after my appt so I called around 1:00 and they hadn't checked their messages yet so they weren't even aware of the fact that I was off sick!

Come payday I didnt recieve my check and I was shorted on the hourly rate and wasn't doing the job they said I would be doing when I got to the facility!

So I don't recommend them to anyone! EVER!!!!!!
