They never returned my $500 deposit

Obviously not to put down the deposit because they couldn't deliver the car particularly at Ackerman Toyota on Hampton in St Louis $500 of my money and to be truthful I was looking at a used car out in the lot that I wanted to buy and the salesman obviously tried to switch me which I fell for it fortunately I have a wonderful Toyota sienna from victory Toyota which I will recommend to everybody
I ordered a new car they said it would be in 6 to 12 months you never came in they tried to sell me another one 15 months or later 18 months later they said they had some other car that was close by the time the car went up from $38,000 to $45,000 I put my money in my other car they never send me the $500 deposit back they say there's a leader in St Louis I would appreciate my $500 back.
