My attorney contacted the Merchant and helped me receive refund. ACI Logistix did not remedy the problem their driver created by NOT delivering the package and lying about it.

My packages from Shein were marked delivered on 6/3/2025 at 10:14 a.m. When I checked my camera, no one had delivered or visited my home.

The thief driver marked my package delivered, never dropped off my package, and took a picture of his legs and feet while sitting in the vehicle as the "proof of delivery".

I have only been able to contact ACI through their site, but I can not find a physical location where my package was distributed in the Hampton Roads area, so I can go in person to show them the picture taken by the thief driver who works for them. The sad part is that SHEIN is telling me they will not credit me because my packages are showing as delivered.

issue wasn’t solved and i didn’t receive a refund for my order.

ACI DELIVERY PERSON DOESNT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS!!! i reported them to BBB!

i ordered from shein & ACI delivered my package.

i believe either the delivery person stole my package or someone in my building. heres the picture they took & 5 mins later the package was gone. ACI said it was nothing they can do and dime a police report. THIS IS SOLELY ACIs FAULT!

as you can see i specifically left instructions for the delivery person to DELIVER TO MY APT DOOR! THEY LEFT IT IN THE LOBBY!!!

I have been getting packages successfully delivered to my address in middle TN from various retailers for years. Unfortunately, that perfect record was broken last week thanks to ACI Logistix when I never received a package that they marked "delivered".

The picture taken by the driver and posted in the tracking history on their website looked like it was of my package while still in the driver's vehicle as the seats are partially visible in the photo. After sending few messages over 4 days through their online support system, I finally received a reply that seemed to be written by a human that says: "Weve thoroughly investigated your concern and regret to inform you that, unfortunately, the delivery driver did not meet our standards for providing an acceptable Proof of Delivery. As a result, we must deem the package as lost. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this situation may be.

For further assistance in resolving this matter, we encourage you to reach out directly to the shipper, who will be able to explore potential solutions. At ACI Logistix, we are committed to delivering a seamless experience with every shipment. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will use it to continuously improve our service." That's it!

No guidance on how to file a claim. No contact information. No way to resolve the issue.

I have been providing service to customers at my job for about 30 years and this is the absolute worst service way to handle this issue. I hope this shipper never delivers to by address ever again.

This company is careless and just plain horrible. I have ordered many items through Temu and this company delivers for them.

However, this is now the fourth package that has just been lost or delivered to some other address. When you try to request a reshipment or refund, you only get a message stating that they're sorry your package hasn't arrived and to please reach out to customer service. Customer service is a joke. When you call them they, of course, only want you to leave a voicemail and they will get back to you.

This is not how people want to experience getting their purchases. Temu needs to get a different company to deliver their orders.

This place is simply unprofessional and simply can't be counted on to do their job. Below is my delivered packages!

Lost packages

I ordered things from Temu, ACI logistic is one of the companies to pick up and deliver the packages at the US airport. That is when the lost the packages and lied that the packages were still at customs I contacted Temu and they told me ACI told them the same thing. The packages are gone and ACI lied
