manufactures warranty

AI Highlights
  • - I bought four ATR Sport 2 tires; steel threads show, and the warranty directs to a brand dealer; Mr. Tire Victor NY won't help since I didn't buy there.

A few months ago I had purchased four of the ATR Sport 2 High Performance tires. I just noticed that the steal threads are showing on a few of the tires.

I found the information on this site regarding the manufactures warranty and it said to call a place that is a dealer of your brand of tires. I found this place called Mr. Tire, that are located in Victor NY.

When I called them, they told me that since I didn't purchase the tires with them that they can't do anything about it. The tires are within the manufactures warranty So how am I suppose to get these tires replaced.
