The website hasn't worked for 3 months. The phone number provided doesn't work and when I send a message no one returns it.
No one returned my phone calls even when the phone number worked.
I have an account with them and I haven't been able to access my account for 3 months even when they sent me a letter stating someone tried to get access to my account and to change the password. So now I don't know if my personal infor.ati9n is compromised and they obviously don't care.

I have been trying to reach Achieve Personal Loans for 3 months just to be ble to access my account. I cant seem to get past the page for those looking for a personal loan.
I need to access the member's dashboard and it never comes up.I have submitted several inquiries on their website for help. I sent a Facebook message to them. I was able to leave a voice-mail for 2 m
onths and now that number no longer works. I cant pay them if I can't access my account.
This company was Freedom Plus and their personal loan dept broke away and is now Achieve. That is when the problem started. I was able to speak to a customer service rep 3 months ago and she said she was putting in a ticket to have my account looked at and have the problem with the account resolved. Three months later and the problem still exists.
I have no idea what it is going to take to get someone to email me, call me, or even text me, at this point and I need to get into my account so I can see what is happening with it. During this same period I got a letter from Achieve stating that someone accessed my account and it wasn't me.
So now I am also concerned that someone may have been able to get my personal information from their website. This is truly a nightmare and they don't seem to care.
