Car Finance Return Policy - Auction

AI Highlights
  • My sister died; a 2024 Corolla was financed.
  • Instead of a dealership resale, it went to auction.
  • It had less than 15,000 miles and no damage.

My sister passed away and had a new 2024 Toyota Corolla financed through them. They were given this information & instead of picking up the car to take back to a DEALERSHIP for resale as a certified used car, they took it to an auction to sell AT A HUGE LOSS of this cars value.

Over 28,000 new and less than 15,000 miles on the car and no damage - still in excellent condition. My sister was paying over 535.00 per month on this car. FINANCE Policy through them is when money is still OWED on the car - they can take it to an auction to sell right away and get whatever they can out of it and the balance still owed on the car goes towards the estate of the deceased of which is stupid on their part.

More money would have been made at a dealership than an auction. POLICY STINKS

User's recommendation: Check your sales invoice & policy rules before you buy.
