The supervisor with the Russian accent violated my rights under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and my rights under the Ontario Human Rights Code and Canadian Human Rights Code by not allowing me to eat my snack in the center. The supervisor Sylvie is a totally rude *** who refused me access to the registration and settlement computers. Both need to be fired. All of their terminals need to be open to everyone. It's totally ridiculous that they're restricting computer access to half of their terminals for registration and settlement clients only when those terminals are always empty. There's no justification for this whatsoever.

The East Indian front counter staff on July 3/25 stood around and were too lazy to help me with printing credits. They refused to give me the full 20 pages of printing on that day and refused to exceed this amount when it was an emergency. They all need to be fired.

They're restricting access to the photocopiers with login credentials without any reason whatsoever. They should be available for unrestricted use by clients.

The Russian accent supervisor and staff hassled me when I had a cough and tried to kick me out of the center again in violation of my Charter Rights and Human Rights under the Ontario and Canadian Human Rights Codes. Other clients had to intervene on my behalf.

Their fax machines don't work properly and haven't for months even after telling them to fix them.

They should be open until 5pm and not just 4pm.

They wouldn't let you eat your snack in the center! Oh, the inhumanity!

How about you eat your snack at home and have a nap afterwards, because you sound like a whiny, spoiled toddler.

Stay out of those people's center! Take the previous advice given to you and stay home and out of people's way.
