Print-outs that go along with the lessons. Also, a smelling list for grammar and spelling mistakes.

The day I called, there wasn't a big issue or anything related to such. I simply called so that I could get my report card from four years ago, which I hadn't requested at the time, to get my final average of high school. I was, additionally, very satisfied with the quality of service I received and was able to get what I had called for.

1) I am trying to call from overseas to reach Acellus but Skype tells me both of the numbers listed on your contact page are incorrect.
2) On the contact page, you should offer Whatsapp and/or email options. It would really help in cases like this. Let's hope that the in-page contact option is efficient.

- - I was unable to log in to my son's student account.
- - She checked the account and found no problems on their end.
We had to call because we were no longer able to log in to my sons student account. No issues before.
I had a hard time finding a number to call to figure out the issue. So I found it on this Pissed consumer site.
I was able to explain to the customer service this problem. She looked my my account to make sure there werent any problems on their end. There wasnt that she could see.
She kept blaming my son typing his sign in wrong. But that wasnt it because it was on his iPad and already saved. She did some things on their end.
Still couldnt figure it out is what she told me. But after she did whatever it was, we were able to log back in.

I absolutely love the Acellus program. My son was having trouble in the traditional school setting and with acellus he can learn at his own pace at home without the interruptions of the other kids.
