Customer service is like 3rd world scammers
I have been a customer for 5 years and have never had such serious problems! I placed two separate orders a day apart in September 2024.
Both orders were either 'lost' or were held in customs. After multiple emails with customer service, I was promised that my orders would be re-shipped to me. There continued to be problems with shipping (mistakes on their end) until finally, I was promised again on October 1st that they would be re-shipped. It's now October 7th and I have not received any shipping notifications and there is no record of any new shipments on their website.
I am beyond livid! I needed those products before my daughter's wedding and because of all of AceCosm's mismanagement, I did not get them so I felt so insecure as the mother of the bride (we can all relate to needing to look our best). I have emailed the company and have not heard back but I feel like their email responses are mostly generic with their 'insincere apologies' that offer nothing but lip service.
I truly suffered and am still suffering and will never order from AceCosm again! Note to AceCosm customer service: I do not...

Preferred solution: There is no way to escalate customer service concerns. I have been lied to by their customer service agent at info@acecosm.com They have lost two of my orders and are giving me fake tracking information the whole thing is a complete nightmare.
