Resolved: Felt untraped
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. We were charged with $5 according to the fine print for road side service.
I would have never agreed because I have roadside service with my insurance. Make sure to read everything.
Offered a minimal discount for secondary child. Find print didnt read small print that road side service was connected to the account.
Sad and not approved with full acknowledgment. Very bad tactics.
