Resolved: No Customer Service and Magically My Order is on permanent back order
I placed an order for a BackPack on March 11 2026 - On May 12th I was contacted via email that the materials were on backorder and I could wait, or I could respond back to the email and request a refund- I requested a refund and have done so countless times since May 12th via email, phone and the contact form on their page with the emails coming back and non deliverable and no response in any manner - I am now filing a fraud charge with my bank because they will not communicate nor will they offer the requested refund.
Preferred solution: Full refund
