Gave them a brand new credit card number never used before and it somehow got charges on it from target and other department stores they won’t answer the phone paid then to do irp and fuel tax called dept of revenue they said they have not received a thing. I’m worried these peope have all my personal information They needed to start this I startEd checking this company out people have also complained about credit card fraud and not getting what they paid for

Incompetent and slow
Absolutely agree with her unhappiness I had the same terrible experience, when I needed the TCP number for my Limousine company filed and instead of this after $475 paid, they got me CA number! Convincing me that they are professional and know that I need it, sorry, but I didn't ask for it. And all that process too 7 month! Like you said they are quick for money and exceptionally slow for work! I had to deal with Jennifer and Micki - both know nothing about the subject I needed to be done. I want my money back too. Good luck to you! And I hope you get your money back!

Quick Response For Payment/ Slow Response for Work
Reaching anyone at Ace Licensing is very difficult. Getting an email or phone response is extremely slow or none at all. I have a credit of $865.39 that I am trying to get work done since I have outstanding money. I have spoken with Samantha who has told me she is the Owner and Jennifer. I sent an email with my receipt attached to Samantha and Jennifer on 9/1/2015 expressing concern about not only the money I have available for services but a need for a NY Hutt. I was told a NY Hutt can take up to 2 weeks. Today is 9/10/2015 and I am unaware if they have filed for the NY Hutt. I have called-left messages and am getting not response.

Is this business even in operation. I have been trying to reach someone for the past three months and I haven't received any information. I have called and emailed many times in regards to a current permit application and I haven't received any response.
I know these people personally. They are not legal at all.
