Called numerous of times, no response at all. now I am having to pay to redo my MC number. call everyday no response.

I have called numerous times and they never returned my phone call. We paid for our services and they have not did anything to resolve this matter!

Absolutely agree with her unhappiness I had the same terrible experience, when I needed the TCP number for my Limousine company filed and instead of this after $475 paid, they got me CA number! Convincing me that they are professional and know that I need it, sorry, but I didn't ask for it.

And all that process too 7 month! Like you said they are quick for money and exceptionally slow for work! I had to deal with Jennifer and Micki - both know nothing about the subject I needed to be done. I want my money back too.

On June 20th 2015 (Saturday) I applied for a DOT number from the Department Of Transportation, an agency of the US Government.

I paid the $300 nonrefundable fee and hit the submit button. It did not take 15 minutes for me to get a phone call from an agent that had all my information, It sounded like that agent was someone that had to be connected to the USDOT. Later in the conversation after I demanded clear answers I found out that the agent was SAMANTHA CANTRELL from ACE Licensing & Permits Inc.

I asked the agent: "who gave the US Government permission to give all my personal information to you?". Why and how my information is sent to a US public Database Even before the DOT agency had a chance to review the application?.

The ACE'S Agent told me that my application was filed incorrectly HOW Did she know what I was applying for?. Samantha told me that her company can correct my application for a fee. When I told her that I already paid $300 and after I asked her many more questions she told me that her fee will only be $85. I agreed to that fee only because I needed to get "Moving" with my new Company.

Samantha charged my credit card NOT $85 that I agreed to BUT $370.88.

I later found out that when Samantha sent me the documents to sign via DOCUSIGN she didn't send the credit card bill with it, that email came later and I didn't see it.

The Company refuses to give me a refund! and of course will not do any more work on my behalf.

two months ago i order IfTA stickers, lets just say after several silly applications that they ask you to fill out they send me the IFTA application, tell me to print it out, sign it and mail it in.......Tell me what did they do for this ridicules fee....type in the data from the app I filled out and emailed me the application to sign and mail in....DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THEY ARE RIPPING THE TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY OFF....with their advertisement that makes them look as if they are a part of the FMCSA believe me they are not.

Reaching anyone at Ace Licensing is very difficult. Getting an email or phone response is extremely slow or none at all.

I have a credit of $865.39 that I am trying to get work done since I have outstanding money. I have spoken with Samantha who has told me she is the Owner and Jennifer. I sent an email with my receipt attached to Samantha and Jennifer on 9/1/2015 expressing concern about not only the money I have available for services but a need for a NY Hutt. I was told a NY Hutt can take up to 2 weeks.

Today is 9/10/2015 and I am unaware if they have filed for the NY Hutt. I have called-left messages and am getting not response.
