Racist! A white girl can't get a job. Girls talk Spanish in front of me when I only speak English. Short girl kept speaking at me, loud, crude, and obnoxious. Should have been speaking to me. Completely unprofessional! Not doing business with these people! Will go through Spherion or Superior. Completely chaotic atmosphere! Not what I have ever seen in another agency! By the way, read the BBB.org review!! They called them a scam! Short girl should be the poster child for this place! What a freaking joke!! Reverse racism is a thing.

They are awful and completely unprofessional. The offices in Woodale, Carol Stream and Buffalo Grove are terrible. Bottom of the barrel.

I met with the branch manager Ashley Milan who found a job position for me. As I was working for the position that supposed to be 3 month temp work, it actually was for about a week .When I was helping with the department by tempting there, I found out that the entire department that I was working with was leaving to go on site.I was working there coming in on time daily with doing my work , and received positive feedback from the managers. I had questions to whom I will be reporting to, when the department leaves for 2, but I wasn't getting concrete answer. When I had to fax over the time sheet the agency's fax machine wasn't working. So I called the agency, to which I received an answer that the fax machine sometimes doesn't work. I just though to myself how professional this agency is ! When I received a text from Ashley in the evening to call her immediately , to which I though was odd. I called her back, and I said that if she was aware that the department that Im working with is leaving for 2 weeks , and whom will I be reporting next? Ashley told me that they going to end my assignment due to my performance. I asked her what is she talking about? There was no issue with my performance since I always received positive feedback, but the fact that the department was leaving she simply chose not to inform me about. After the conversation I wanted to pick up my belonging from the office. I called several times, and it was always they are busy , and they dont have time. They keep telling me that the department is gone for two weeks, and they can't do anything about it. To which I was aware in the first place that they had to leave for 2 weeks, and it has nothing to do with my performance. It wasn't anything expensive just a folder with granola bars. It has been over a month, and I never got a call back from her to let me know to come in and pick up the items. The truth is that its not that I cant afford to buy the items back, its just that it is professional courteous thing to do.When you work for a company that ends your assignment you want to have your belongings back! I want other workers to simply be aware of their management technique!
