Verified Reviewer |They will not refund me my money
- Car lot needed full coverage; I canceled and was told refunds take 30–45 days, but $109 in fees including a $75 cancellation fee blocked my $60.
So on March 26th I called to get insurance I got a liability policy but the car lot wanted me to get full coverage so I called to cancel explained why I wanted to cancel. And was waiting on cancellation papers to be emailed well on March 29th I called back because I never got the email so they mailed me some papers to sign I sign sent back on the 29th I heard nothing so on March 31th I called back again they sent me out cancellation papers I signed sent back and they said it should take 30-45 for my refund well I called today may18th 2020 and they said I cant get a refund because they charged me 11.99 for some fee the twenty something dollars for something else and $75 fee for something else so the total was $109 which I cant understand when I called to cancel same day but I still have to pay a $75 fee for what it was only like an hour or two. So I cant get my $60 back.
