This company only cares about making and shipping product. When it comes to questions or suggestions from customers, they don't want to hear it, and hang up on customers and later say that the customer who called was being "very rude"- which was NOT the case- they just don't want to hear suggestions, such as better shipping tactics when it comes to sending out their models, to keep small parts from constantly being broken.
Even if a customer was being rude, companies are still suppose to grin and bear it (as long as the person is not threatening or harrassing). If they have someone who can't handle customer service, then hire someone who CAN. Without good customer service (which is not collecting orders only), you have no business!
There business attitude is from the 1800's.

It is also normal for them to advertise products that they offer for years before they are actually produced. You can look through their product announcement from five years ago and easily find over a dozen items that have not been produced yet. When asking them when the items might be produced, they tell you it's still years out or don't reply at all.
but they did reply. they told you item your looking for is years out in producing... you said that yourself..so stop being a drama queen
