Accram...Liars Liars Liars.
- - Printer for horizontal banding; $1200 ink/maintenance tanks provided; told nearly done, but could not fix; printer held 6 weeks.
I brought my wide format Epson printer to be fixed (Horizontal banding)...after making me supply them with 1200.00 worth of ink(and maintenance tanks)...And being told it was almost done..just needed to be calibrated...I called today and they told me they could not fix it....And they would not let me talk to Peter the tech who worked on it....Keri the manager lied to me about the progress multiple times, thru 6 weeks of them holding my printer. Stay as far away from these incompetent liars as possible!!!
This was the worst experiance with a printer repair company in my life and ive been doing my own printing of my original photography for 15 years here in Phoenix,az.....Bob Gertz.... Primovision

ACCRAM DOESN"T PAY CONTRACTORS
- - Worked for Accram through WorkMarket; told to return to site four times.
- - They offer only half; WorkMarket won't liaise; I submitted to my lawyer.
I performed work for Accram through workmarket and was told to return to site 4 times. I completed all the work for them and then they told me they can only pay me half the work.
I have submitted this to my lawyer for review because work market will not liason any of this. This is outrageous. It looks like they're scamming all over the place. Maybe we can get a larger lawsuit going for this.
If ACCRAM has scammed you, let me know please and we can work together on this maybe. This is not fair for the contractors that are doing piece work.

We have been doing business with Accram for over 10 years I think, much longer than I have been here and Ive been here a long time. I deal with them directly and they are a god company.
Yes I would like better pricing on the big things, but I understand they are in business to make money just as I am. I've worked with multiple network people there as well as the front office and they have been very helpful;. I recently came across a used plotter that I thought was a bargain, it wasn't. They looked at it and tested it for what they could and gave me their honest opinion for $50.
All of the other copmpanies I spoke with wouldnt even look at it to give me a guesstimate without me first committing to paying $800+ for an overhaul first.
I needed to know whether it was worth the overhaul to begin with. they have always responded quickly to any service call and have always provided value for their services

I am a subcontract for a lot of companies. I have been doing field work for over 20 years and until today I have never had a company not pay me for services complete.
I took a work order from Accram to update the firmware on a HP laser printer to clear an error it was having. After updating the printer it was still having the error. I called and talked to HP tech services about this and they suggested changing the main control board. I told Alan at Accram of my findings. He said he would order the parts and contact me when they were on site. That was a little over a month ago.
Well today Accram canceled the work order and refuses to pay me for the time already spent onsite. I contacted them and the VP pretty much told me not to call and said they were not paying. Then she proceeded to hang up on me.
I am send all the details to my Lawyer and will update when I know more.
DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

I am a long time customer of this company. I finally decided to do some research on the product we buy from them (toner cartdriges) come to find out I was being overcharged.
This company is purchasing product from another company, and reselling it at outrageous prices. Uppermanagement is all related, and have been ripping people of for many years. One of their recent employees, well about five of their recent employees are suing this company for not paying commision.
They rip of thier customers, and their employees as well. The public is better off purchasing their toner at officemax.

It is unfortunate when a former employee write this information. This person is not even a gentlemen but a former lady salesperson.
Since our toner is made in the USA, our profit margin is not great. We could make a much greater profit at a lower sales price if we sold toner made in China, North Vietnam or India. Our objectives are to keep our customers year over year and to keep jobs in America.
We are fortunate to employ 37 good people. I believe you will find our team of people enjoy what they do. We have very low turnover in our company. Many people have been with us for 15+ years.
