Over 3 weeks ago I activated my RushCard and apparently do not put a pin with it and now I cannot get my money I am not able to get an ID or license issued to me the state of Georgia for sometime and I've sent every document to prove who I am they are saying that I give the wrong phone number I've had the same phone number for 7 years and it's also got my wrong email address but they all ways send me another RushCard app or a reminder but yet I can't get my own stuff because they're sending it to a different email how do I get my money and how long does it take

I started online billing when I got my bill in February. They were adding a $1paper bill fee.
Sudden-link signed me up. I got a late payment in March. It takes them 2 months to sign you up. They don't tell you that.
Easy way to extract $10.00 from a senior citizen. They didn't care what I had to say. I have been a paying customer for 4 years plus. This is the first company that needs 2 months to sign a customer to online billing.
And then charges a late payment, regardless of your excellent payments to them. BTW, as of 3-21-2019, my account still says Balance $0.00.
