Stolen items in my room

My items were stolen in my room at the ibis styles hotel in merter instanbul and nothing was done about it by management.....Also the racism there is to the highest i have ever seen

User's recommendation: I will never recommend it....their security is at risk and they are pure racist.

Complaint about room

I sayed in your Bristol hotel on the 4th September the room we stayed in was fine size wise the noise that we heard all night was dreadful could not sleep as you would think someone was drilling every 15 mins which made our stay very unpleasent as this was for a anniversary and a break from work in the nhs i thought the 2 rooms cost me £368 for a couple of hours sleep which i think should have been refunded there and them for the room we stayed in flying home next day you could not complain at 2 in morning i also videoed the sound receptionist had no answer to give she was not where noise was coming from please could you reply to me as soon as possible with this out come thank you

I had booked hotel and had to cancel due to Nigeria cov policy voided my Nigeria flight

I had paid in advance $1,182.08 US$ to reserve a room in the IBIS Air Port Hotel in Lagos Nigeria. Delta airlines gave me incorrect COVnegative test information which caused my flight be deleted when I got to airport because nigeria refused me permission to fly. I took the Covnegative 36 hour test as Delta directed but Nigeria wanted a 95 hour test. Therefore did not make it into keep Ibis appt. As soon as I learned of flight cancellation I notified IBIS of situation. The female clerk pretended she could not speak Engilish. I know different because I have stayed there before. My finance who speaks Nigerian called and she hung up on him. Request that IBIS give me credit to stay at the other IBIS Hotel in Lagos near the Embassy when I return as this is poor business conduct of the Air Port Ibis in Lagos Nigeria. Please can you help me. Booking was HTHAP167241 for 15-25 March 2021. if you cannot do that can you please return my money to my credit card 1stNationalBank no. 5522 25** **68 4792, I like IBIS and perfer to stay but no more due to rudness at the airport IBIS, but the IBIS near Embassy in Lagos Nigeria. The incident was no fault of my own and Delta airlines have already given me credit to fly since it was their fault.
