Refusing to pay approved claim

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with (regarding my move). They doubled the price from the quote without even an explanation. They had to change my delivery date 3 times, and each was vastly different both earlier and later than originally agreed upon. The movers didn't even assemble the furniture properly and broke several items. Claim was sent in and approved by CSI pros but Accolade just flat out refused to pay anything. Their General manager is literally one of the most unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate person I've had the pleasure of speaking to. Stay far far away from this company.

User's recommendation: Don't hire this company for moving services.
