- - Two failed transmission rebuilds by Ken Tully; no refund.
- - AAMCO fixed it, and Acclaim charged for a second repair and wouldn’t refund.
Shoddy work at Acclaim Auto and Truck Repair Is it three strikes and your out? Well I placed allot of faith, money and trust in the Money Pit aka Acclaim Car & Truck Repair and I am terribly disappointed after Mr.
Kenneth Wayne Tully's first first transmission rebuild failed. Lightning strikes twice and ten days in the shop and nine more months Ken's second transmission rebuild failed and Ken Tully is a lowlife liar who refused to honor his guarantee and charged me for a second repair that I had made payments to repair my transmission. Mr. Kenneth Wayne Tully could not get it right and refused to refund my money for his two failures to Rebuild my Transmission repair for the first and second time.
I spend allot of hard earned money and finally took my vehicle to AAMCO to get it fixed right the first time. Ken was not willing to honor his word and guarantee plus he refused to call me. I am hurt and angry and out thousands of dollars I paid him for doing a bad job and he would not honor and take responsibility for his warranty and his word and he would not speak to me. Ken Tully of Acclaim Car & Truck Repair who claims to be the very best in Scottsdale Arizona is a hoax and his Transmission Rebuilds in Scottsdale is far from it plus his sister in training is impolite and she refused to make it right.
By the way AAMCO gave me a three year warranty and did the job right the first time repair so don't make up false accountings and pad bills for your defective work a third chance when you did not fix it right the first and after second failure you wanted more money. You you need to respect your customers and do your work right the first time. Plus I have receipts paid in full on first transmission repair would you like me to post it? You did not mention the $1,100 I paid towards your bill for your your second transmission rebuild that failed you it should have been no charge.
Both of his repairs failed and he did not earn his payment. I don't understand but I question his manufactured perfect reviews does not list one Transmission Rebuild. It's a sad fact that a rebuilt transmission is a bonafide major repair and not some minor repair you can do in an hour or two. I am sorry I recommended Acclaim Auto & Truck Repair to others.
Ken Tully had no idea how hard I had to work to pay his bills for his substandard defective transmission rebuilds. He did not deserve a penny for his shoddy work. However the third time I went to the qualified Transmission Specialists at AAMCO TRANSMISSION right around the corner. By the way that cost me $3,000 dollars and they stated the previous repairs were botched not once but twice.
He refused my calls, refused to tell me why he failed and when I mentioned compensation he yelled threats at me to leave. For his two Transmission repairs I paid Mr. Tully I paid about $4,100 dollars by card, cash and check. The repair at AAMCO cost me $3,000 dollars and refund for that However Mr.
Tully because of your failures you cost me $7,00,500 dollars. That's what I spent on you and your defective transmission rebuilds that you failed to repair and complete..
BTW Ken, I has been more than fair with you and I trusted you a second time to rebuild my transmission and you failed a second time. You refused to refund my money for your shoddy work leaving me without transportation. Ken Tully your not Ponceaus Pilot and you cannot wash your dirty hands and responsibilities away by refusing to act like an adult.
Where does it say you get paid for doing shoddy work and get to keep the money? I had to pay AAMCO $3,000 dollars to rebuild my transmission that you failed to rebuild twice and where does it say you get paid for shoddy work and leaving my vehicle undrivable?
It was I who paid you and you could not rebuild my transmission after your two failed attempts that I paid you twice for. BTW I expected better from you and you owe me about $9,000,00 USD Dollars for your pitiful offer of a 750.00 store credit is worthless and so cheap and does not cover my losses.
Send me a refund,
