Product Quality
- Chassis feels cheap and the left side is weak.

The cheap chassis, for a gamer the left side is weak and can't bear putting my hand over it!
The entire keybooard design is cheap and uncomfortable.
The low quality lighting of the screen, I always need a software for eye caring.
The fan after couple months starts to have loud crackling embarrasing sound. I fixed it with warranty and now it happens again as the warrent ran out. I can't keep changing the fan forever!
I have another brother with also a different gaming ASUS and he has the same issues! Exactly the same!
While my 2 other brothers and my sister they are happy with their Lenovo and Hp devices.
I stood next to an Hp pavilion and I choose ASUS instead! Because I really wanted to love ASUS, I still do, except it was a dissiponting decision.
For such an expensive device I have to endure issues I never had problem with other devices.

The rog delta s wireless that i received from you again
- They stopped working after turning off and on.
- I used RH200WLE_Pair from support and don't want 40 euros shipping again after paying 150 euros.
after being turned off and on the next morning they stopped working i tried charging them using the pairing tool RH200WLE_Pair that the assistance gave me in the 2 previous same situation and i dont wanto to pay 40 euros of expedition again to send if it brakes a third time after paying 150 euros to start with
