Class Action Review

Not only am I going to get my claim covered by Interstate Auto warrantys but so will every person who's become a victim of CONSUMER FRAUD BY THOSE CROOKS! And judging by the hundreds, & hundreds of complaints, a class action lawsuit is fourth coming via the States Attorney General for FL. Consumer Affairs, Fraud Division!!! I'm certain my complaint is similar with regards to the fraud they facilitate on a daily basis to unsuspecting trusting consumers, only difference, make, model, year, & the amount they steel!! Oh ya, another one of their scam's, since they decline every RO. submitted, (which by the way, every item was covered as per my contract and there's stated. I decided to execute my option to cancel and get back a pro rated % of my $ 3,400 here's the best part! They told me that is no longer an option as the selling broker AW Auto Pro or Access Warranty went out of business, WHAT!!! That explanation is the kind I've come to expect from those crook's! Nevertheless, they (the crooks) have made this a very, very easy case considering the many egregious errors they've made, & will continue to commit consumer fraud until some people put's these geniuses @ Interstate, Access Warranty, & AW Auto Pro in Prison where they belong!!! Keep this in mind, crook's are generally very, Stupid, Lazy, Fat, & have NO CONSCIENCE!!! LET'S TAKE THESE BASTERS DOWN SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE! ! PS. Would like money back. Limited in funds.

My car was out of warranty and Access Warranty heard about my car being in the shop and it would cost me at least $1000.00 to repair. So they sold me a warranty to cover the cost but I only gave them a deposit and never heard from them again. I have been out of the country for 3 years since I bought the contract. I had been going through papers and found my contract and I had paid them a down payment for nothing. Now I am trying to get my deposit back to hear that the company is out of business. How can I get my deposit back from this company? They should have a settlement account to pay out the people who was ripped off.

Pissed fool

I CANCELLED MY CONTRACT ON JUNE 6 2012. TO THIS DAY I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND. INTERSTATE IS THE ONE WHO SOLD ME THE CONTRACT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD RESOLVE THE ISSUE IN 60 DAYS. I cancelled a policy 12/30/2011No Refund yet

Cancelled policy !!! Given runaround since!! Today I was told Access went out of Business 10/19/2012. Now Interstate told me that they will let me know in 60 days about the outcome!! I think Interstate was a company Access used for billing!!! I have been patient now I know I was dubbed!! Any body please let me know if you can help!!! Iwas origanily told I would get $1000.00 back !! NOW I believe I will probably get nothing back!! We are on limited income!! & could really use this money!! I will never get an extended warranty again!! Could use some help!!

Bad business

my name is steve i have cancelled my contract over 5 months ago and i have called many times to see what is wrong i have gave all paper work and calls to do it right still i have not reacived my refund i whould like some answer and my refund check.i dont know what you have to do to get your money back that has been paid costermer service has been real nice but they cant answer none of my questions i under stand time is hard but when you do as they asked you shouldnt get the run around to get your refund.

Access Warranty Extended Vehicle Protection Plan

I am very dissatisfied with the Access Warranty I purchased in 2010. It was fraudulently represented to me that it would be like a new car warranty. Fortunately, I have not needed to use the warranty until now. The exhaust spring for the #6 cylnder in my 2005 Corvette failed. My dealership and myself have both had contact with Access Warranty and have been informed that the exhaust spring is not a covered part. It appears the ONLY covered parts are parts that cannot sustain damage until a part that is not covered fails and then the covered part is not covered by the warranty because an uncovered part was the cause. I would NOT recommend that anyone consider purchasing this extended vehicle protection plan! It's a complete waste of money -- It would be better to just put aside the cash for future repairs because you'll be paying for them out of your own pocket anyway!

Access Warranty is a HUGE SCAM! Buyer BEWARE!

Honestly, just read every other complaint about this company. I won't waste my time or yours with more info. They are a rip off and practice a very unscrupulous "business" practice. 3 different companies are involved and each company blames the other for the "rip-off". If you file a claim, they will run you in circles trying to get the claim paid for. OR they will simply approve the claim and then cancel you WITHOUT PAYING THE CLAIM THEY AUTHORIZED THE DEALER TO DO!!! NO joke. I am currently asking the BBB to help me resolve this issue but it is nothing more than a theft and I will not put up with it. They took my $ and offered me 0. That makes the contract void. NO matter what state you live in. In order for a contract to be binding, there must be something in it for each party or else it is not a binding contract. I have asked the Arizona Attorney General to help get my $ back. Let's see if that works. They ripped me off for over $1700 - NOT COOL! BUYER BEWARE - DO YOUR HOMEWORK!

Rebutal against complaint of access warrenty

I found out about this web site when I saw someone post an unfavorable opinion of Access Warrenty. They are entitled to their opinion but if someone would read that they would think that his word is right. For examplebeing at Access Warrenty nor does he have the Warrenty and had to have his car fixed. I had a window break they paid for that. I had a side view mirror break and they paid for that, I had to REPLACE my windshield wipers and they paid for that with no deductible at all. I think if there was any drawback to the Extended Warrenty (Oh and I have a 2007 Jeep Liberty so it's not a new car) by Acccress Warrenty is that they say they will pay the repair shop and the repair shop wants the money up fornt and that part FOR THE FIRST TIME ONLY can be a hassel and nerve wracking and a total pain in the *** because noone believes they are going to get paidl But as these Extended Warrenties are more advertised and the repair shop get used to them then that wont be a problem. And after the repair shop gets paid then they are much better at taking your car the next time. thank you Laine Blum

Access Warranty is the BEST!!!

I dealt with this company for both of my cars. they sold me this great plan which covered almost everything besides wear & tear items. I did shop around before and these guys beat any price out there. I still have the plan for my first car but for my second i had to cancel and they were so cool about it they gave me a full refund even though they didnt have to cause i called a few days out of the 30 day review period. these guys have great sales reps and great customer service!!! If you're thinking of getting and extended warranty i would definitely recommend these guys!! Ben Gordon, NJ

AW AUTO PRO -IS- Access Warranty!!! (AccessWarranty)

Access Warranty / AW Autopro has filed for Bankrupcy to avoid paying refund to thousands of their customers! They are currently being sued by several entities, including their administrator/warranty underwriter, Interstate National Dealer Services and are being investigated by several Attorney General's.

They are now operating as "TOCO Warranty" ( Tocowarranty / TOCOWARRANTY.COM ) in an attempt to defraud more consumers out of their money.

STAY AWAY - Just do a search for "Access Warranty" or "AW Autopro". If you've purchased a warranty from them, call your credit card companies Chargeback Disputes Cepartment while you're still able to get your money back!

Access Warranty is masquerading themselves as AW AUTO PRO! The even raised their BBB rating by giving the BBB a nice chunk of change, but left the company website as AccessWarranty.com within their new AW AUTO PRO profile! Search ACCESS WARRANTY in google before signing up with AW AUTO PRO! There are tons of honest Warranty Companies out there, Access Warranty AKA AW AUTO PRO is not one of them. They refuse to give refunds. they give you the run around hoping you will get tired of them and give up.

I have a service contract with Access Warranty and need a repair on my

AW for the last two days and can not find a warm body to talk to.

My impression at this time is they won't even give me a chance to complain about not covering a repair.

They won't even talk to us. I have emailed them, called customer service and claims with no response.

Same as Grey O'Conner, I too worked for this company. Easy refunds I also have to say is a lie.

They bloat the coverage, make every deal seem like its a one time only deal, and lie, lie lie. 95% of the employees do hate there job, and when you complain about job conditions, you get fired. Mark up their prices insanely and then give you a break to yet another overinflated price. 90% of plans are garbage.

Do NOT do business with this company unless you want issues, headaches, and the 30 day guarantee is a joke. By the way, the A+ rating on BBB?

Shows that anybody can buy off the BBB. By the way, me and Grey were some of there "top" reps.

ACCESS WARRANTY RIP OFF!!!

I had the warranty for EIGHT months and 5,0000 miles. The first time I went to use it my dealership informed me that the company would cover NOTHING! He went on to state that he's never dealt with a company that covered literally no portion of any part of the repairs I needed to have and that I should immediately get back my money. I contacted them and they didn't really care about my problem so I cancelled. They made me wait the full 8 weeks and then sent me a check minus 'earned portion' (16.92%) PLUS $275.83 cancellation fee!!! For a grand total 'financial screwing' of $837.50 for literally NOTHING in return!!! PLEASE make sure that you read the back of your contracts under the state you reside as I thought the fee would be $50.00 SPREAD the word to anyone you know about this company and 'Royal' and 'Peoples Vehicle Protection'. You're making a GIANT mistake if you go with them!!! I could go into ALL the things they wouldn't cover but there's not enough room here. I'll be blogging all over the Internet to try to save others from such financial burdens!!! I am suing this company for repairs denied. My water pump went out and they refused to pay for it stating I did not live up to the terms in the contract, but I did!

They lie and just steal money! We will see what a judge has to say in October. Oh, since then my transmission went out and I am asking for reimbursement for that too.

I have heard they just offer refunds instead of repairs. What a rip!

Company sold warranty saying diagnostics coverred; got contract - it is not

Spent 1 1/2 hours on phone w/ Access warranty sales rep. He assured me diagnostics for car problems was covered in warranty. I asked to see conract ahead of time. this was not sent to me. Contract when it arrived stated diagnostics is NOT covered. A big problem, a this can be very expensive, and can be a precluder for coverage for an item. What can I do? Tried repeatedly to reach someone. Would like the contract rewritten to include, as was promised by Steve Sanders. Or would like price of warranty cut in half due to excessive cost of diagnostics I have had to pay in the past. Any suggestions? Very expensive warranty.

After beung contacted by acess warranty I went thru the whole sales pitch ,listened to what they had to say got a price and it was $350 more than another I had whuch they tried to get me to disclose other quote up front after getting there quote from adam brown and telling him he was higher than another quote suddenly he could meet price and offer another year to boot. Explained was not interested he should have gave me his best price up front and thanked him and hung up.Next day recieved a call from maybe david not sure told him was not interested again thanked him for calling he got mad and told me he was gonna put me on a call every 5 mins list,,,,Well it hasnt been every 5 mins but they have been calling and masking there number wish I had looked on the in ternet about there company first but didnt dont let this harrasment happen to you dont call very rude and will not stop calling.

I decided that Access Warranty sounds too good to be true for several reasons: a. I was offered a new car warranty for a used vehicle; b.

The length of coverage was miraculously extended by 2 years after I said I needed more time to decide; c. A new Visa financial promotion was added after I told the representative I would need a third-party verification of the trustworthiness of the business.

High Pressure tactics/Got Louder and pushy toward end of call

I received a phone call from Access Warranty after noticing their number has appeared on my caller I.D. several times in past week. I listened to the pitch, but I wanted to review current policy and compare this policy before committing. The Rep got louder and pushier and almost insulting and I knew I was not about to just hand over my credit card to someone who was that hungry to make a sale and not let me think it over and review it with my husband first. I have the right to check around first and then if I want what you are selling, I will let you know. High Pressure Salespeople like that should be shut down. This is how people get suckered. I told him enough to get a quote, but I didn't tell him everything he asked for.

i just got a call from one of the rudest salepersons ever. he called my cell and since i didnt recognize the number i called it myself.

he said i could get a warranty for vehicle over 100,000 miles. i said i would like to see something in writing and he said for 300.00 he could sign me up and then send me paperwork. he must have thought he found a *** woman - wrong!!! i said i would save # and check it out online.

he said i needed to sign up now cuz he had to feed his children. i said not yet and he told me thanks for wasting his time - rude and i will never deal with this company - they just want your money first and hope u are *** enough to give them a credit card

I got a call the other day from Access because I registered with them. The sales person (Chris) was very nice even after I told him I wasn't sure if I could afford the warranty at this time and explained why.

He put his supervisor on and that guy was so pushy and rude. I tried to explain things to him as to why I couldn't get the warranty right then and there and he told me he was trying to come up with a resolution and that all I wanted to do was argue with him. At that point I had had enough and I hung up on him.

He was trying to scare me into getting the warranty probably because I'm female but I've been around long enough to know better. I feel sorry for people that fall into that trap.

Access Warranty Failed Me

I took a warranty out with agreement I had thirty days if I wanted to cancel. I took it out on 8/14 and called 8/16 to cancel. They told me to fax them my desire and I did the same day 8/16. After several calls they tell me everything is in order and I would get my refund. I tried to call again 9/23 and never got through. I filed a complaint with my local BBB hoping this would help.
