Entry won't open
Brought items to put in my unit, and the gate won't open after several attempts. I almost got stuck in the facility, and nobody on call would answer the phone to help us.

- Rented storage and paid on time until cancellation.
- Wrong information from a guard led to cancellation and police cleared me, and I plan legal action.
Tried contacting company manager bill but was denied his attention. I hope everyone who uses this company drops their service and moves their belongings out. I sincerly hope this company goes out of business asap
I rented a storage unit by the month and was paying for it monthly without issue until Access Storage cancelled my rental due to wrong information given to them from a former guard who wrongfully believed we were storing things against storage policy and called the police to investigate who cleared me of any wrong doing but still had unit rental canceled on me regardless.
I wish nothing but the worst for this company for the future and will be taking further legal action to right the wrong done to me and money taken from me for it
