Bad service

I started going to Access Family Chiropratic Feb 2019. On my first visit he sent me to get xray of neck.

The second visit he wanted me to pay for 6 more sessions because insurance only pays for 12. I wanted to know why was he trying to charge me for 6 more on my first session. He gave a fonny calculation that he couldnt explained. This guy is not profecional and the knowledge isnt there.

I asked him a few questions and was threatened by my questions. He gave up on me when I asked him a few questions and told him my concerns not only about his service but he was trying to charge me extra on my first visit. I felt uncomfortable on my first visit. Then after seing him a few times I notice he hardly did anything and I was done in under 20 seconds.

Today march 5 2019 he brought up the subject again. I told him that i got letter from insurance. The letter says that they will pay for 12 sessions and if I need additional to contact them. He got upset and said he is been doing this so long that he knows that the insurance will not pay extra visits.

Why would he even charge me for additional without even trying. I thought it was a scam to be honest. He told me to leave because he wasnt good enought for me.

You see he gave up on me and I already went 6 times and not pleased with service. He in the first visit was very nice and said "ill even refund if you are not happy" but kicks me out for asking question and I wasnt happy with service so I want a refund.

Dr. Thomas is his name and don't question his service. He will tell you to leave.
