Worst property management Co. Ever

The don't answer your calls. They refuse to make necessary repairs. They lie to you. The propert was filthy when we moved in.

User's recommendation: DO NOT RENT FROM ACCESS ASSET.

I spent over 200 fixing up a house before i moved out to make it look nice and so i can get my full deposit back. 53 days after moving out, i only got partial of my deposit back.

from what i understand, by law landlords have 21 days to return our deposits and when i finally got it back. the management company exaggerated on what they needed to replace on the itemized list they sent me they're even charging me for items that were not even in thouse when we moved in. he didn't even have the house cleaned for us when the last tenants moved out. HE claims smoke damage.... NOBODY smokes, my mom's health would not permit smoke in the house. The house was in better shape when we moved out, then it was when we moved in. and he refuses to send me pics or receipts for the items that he claimed he replaced. total rip off- what who you do business with, people will still from your baby. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
