I bought a Tv with this company and the fees and interest unbelievable top of the roof.They are good overcharging all the time. Horrible, ,,horrible experience. Never going back with them.

COMPANY WORKS AS A RENT TO OWN. IF YOU DONT HAVE CREDIT OR YOUR CREDIT ITS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO GET A CREDIT CARD THEY APPROVE YOU NO CREDIT NEEDED. THEY HAVE 3 PAYMENT METHOD OTHER YOU GO FOR THEIR 90 DAYS SAME AS CASH PROGRAM, WHICH IS WHAT I RECOMMEND, THE OTHER OPTION IS TO MAKE MONTHLY PAYMENTS AND AS SOON AS YOU HAVE THE TOTAL BALANCE PAY IT OFF OR JUST KEEP ON MAKING MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT UNTIL YOU FINISH YOUR AGREEMENT. YOU JUST HAVE TO BE REALISTIC AND SEE IF YOU CAN DO IT ON 90 DAYS OTHERWISE PAY THE CONSEQUENCES.

Approved for $3000 at BrandsMart USA. Purchase was easy and professionally handled by Cynthia the RAC manager. Only a *** would complain after signing the rental contract about the high rates. Losers should pay their bills on time and they'll have no problem.

Acceptance Now in Hampton, Virginia - I WAS LIED TOO

I AM NORALENE MAXEY, I LEASED A TELEVISION/LED FROM ACCEPTANCE ONE,AT HH GREGG IN NEWPORT NEWS. THE LEASE AGREEMENT WAS SUPPOSE BE 90 DAYS SAME AS CASH. I PAID A FORTY DOLLAS PROCESSINGS FEE, $45.72 RENTAL PAYMENT. THE PRICE OF THE TV WAS $499.99, $549.99 WITH TAX. I WAS TOLD THAT THE $549.99 WOULD BE THE CASH PRICE. SO FAR I HAVE PAID $290.55 AND MY BALANCE SHOULD BE $259.44 BUT I AM TOLD IT'S $289.70 WHEN I ASKED WHY I WAS TOLD THAT THE TAXES THAT I PAID DID NOT GO PURCHASE.

Acceptance Now in Saint Louis, Missouri - Bought a 90 day same as cash tv

but the promise that I would have it payed off in 90 days went away after I signed my paperwork, she "Ginny" made me promise that I'd pay it off in 90 days but when I called and asked since I have the money to pay it off can I, she said NO. said I owe over 2200 for just my tv, originally it would of been about 1536.00 but the so called manager changed my plan from 90 days same as cash to a rental agreement. so I am screwed, I asked if I can return the tv and keep my laptop but they told me if I return one item and not the other then I have to give back both items, it's not right and she told me my crippled *** can't be trusted to pay anything off, my wife lost her job and yes I am disabled but it is revolting to be called names because I can't pay off now that my wife has lost her job.

sorry about your situation but I call BS on this. firstly you should have gotten it in writing that you were getting the 90 days same as cash offer.

you never mention how long after you got it that you came up with the $$$ to buy it outright. if you had the $$$ coming in why wouldn't you just have waited? if they did in fact give you a 90 days same as cash agreement you must've gone over the 90 days and that's when it turned into a rental agreement.

I highly doubt also that you called you a crippled *** who can't be trusted to pay anything off. if that were the case they could have just not rented to you in the first place.

having to mention several times you're handicapped should do nothing for you. you should not get special treatment for anything just because of that or anyone with a handicap will be like "well I have a handicap you should just give me what I want!"

so in closing quit whining, give them the stuff back and take the $$$ you had for the tv and buy it from a real shop or online.

rental a/v equipment is usually substandard anyways . looks good performs poorly.

@notgivingit you weren't there, you have no idea what was said, and now things have gotten worse because my disability is right in your face, meaning you can tell right away, I want what everyone else wants, if the deals are out there then in your eyes if you don't have the cash don't buy it. well *** you, I have a right to buy what everyone else buys or can, and I have a right to be treated fairly, if someone were to discriminate for race or other things then you people would be all over the people doing it, but you think I am looking for a hand out, I am NOT.

I pay for everything I own. so don't you go saying *** you think and if I wanted your two cents, I'd ask, I posted a comment about a store, if you have something negative to say about me, keep it to your *** self.
