This is one company to stay away from.Balance takes forever to be lowered. I called in May for the balance, it was 1000. Called back in Sept balance was just below 800.They will start calling you the day after your payment is due if you don't pay by the sure date.

Don't ever finance anything from ACCEPTANCE NOW. they will not do what they say according to their agreement. i paid triple some months and at the end of the 90 days. what they told me was that i had to pay the original amount. all the money i paid wasn't reducing my account. They completely lied to us! They said if we pay off our mattress within 3 months we would be fine meaning no interest and we'd be done. That wasn't the case. Supposedly were still paying on it and there was no paperwork showing for it! Do not do business with them. Very deceptive company!

These people are the worst I have ever seen!They charge extremely high interest rates and do not work with you at all! I am a disabled vet and sometimes the VA has a hiccup so I call to make my normal payment and a late fee is attached to it. I tell them I can do the normal monthly payment and they say they don't take partial payments! What a joke and ripoff! I did an acceptance now account with Value City in Charlotte and was not made aware that if I did not pay my account within the 90 days that all the money I paid would not be applied towards my account. Therefore; I am paying twice for furniture that I have. This is not right and very unfair to customers. Also, you can not make extra payments to get rid of this bill.
