Acceptance Now in Woburn, Massachusetts - Fraudulent fees and incorrect contract prices overcharge
Bought a couch for 599. paid the down payment in the 59 99 fee.. they are saying I owe them over $2,000 on my credit report I paid them over $800 in the fraudulently change their information to fit themselves I paid over 191 a month for over 90 days and they're telling me that I still owe them money and then I didn't follow through with my end .. they deserve to collapse and fall into the depths of *** do not use this company ever if you know what's good for you..
Acceptance Now - Charging my account without authorization
Charging my account without authorization I never put a card on file so it looks like they stood with my card information on file and kept charging me every month without my authorization this company is a fraud they steal money from you LOL

Acceptance Now in Mchue, Arkansas - Aweful!!!!!!!
I went into the store to get a table and couch for my living room and the two Acceptance Now woman were standing outside smoking in front of the front doors going into the store and both were using aweful profanity and laughing and I had a 3 of my children with me. Needless to say I turned around and left the store I know who both of the woman are from buying furniture previously From the store.
Acceptance Now in San Antonio Northeast, Texas - What do you expect?
Most people that work there, including managers at store level or district level and in some scenarios higher than those, are barely have only high school level education and it is highly doubtful that even if they really understand how it all works let alone be able to explain it to their customers. Makes you wonder, do they really look for any type of skills, experience or ability to promote those people or is it based on "brown nosing" mainly? What do you expect?

Acceptance Now - The worst experience.
I was informed my balance to pay off a loan was $522.96.I went to the store with a debit card with less money.I asked the sales rep to charge #250.00 on the card and will be right back with 10 minutes to pay the balance on the other card i left in the car.Just within 10 minutes same hour,same day the sales rep said my pay off has grew wing to $480.00 .All because it is treated as two transactions. To me it is a total ripe off for valued customers.All effort to get meaningful explanation failed. My understanding is,that is how they were trained to ripe off from hard working citizen. A balance of $500.00 grew with 10 minutes and become $800.00. No one is ready to help.Everyone claiming they are customer care are acceptance ripe off agent.
