Terrible experience!
- Kimberly closed the case after the other driver claimed no involvement.
- Dashcam and witnesses were provided; proofs refused and case delayed.
ABSOLUTELY WORST INSURANCE!! I had dashcam video and witnesses that their insurer hit my car, but claim rep Kimberly closed my case simply because "the other driver stated he was not involved in the accident".
I must express my concern regarding Kimberly's lack of professionalism, ability to communicate, and take her job duties seriously.
Kimberly refused to accept any proofs, that let to 6+ months waiting to get the case reopened. Case was filed in May 2023, now is Feb 2024.
Kimberly still does not return my voicemails and does not answer her phone. Acceptance Insurance how is this acceptable!f

- Rep asked for my 2018 VIN and offered coverage they don’t provide.
- Cancellation promised full refund by email, but after 11 days no refund; only 35%.
I need auto insurance so searched for best deal. I decided to call Acceptance.
The Rep. i talked to knew exactly what he was doing by letting me get insurance that they don't offer by asking me for my 2018 vehicle VIN # that they do not cover with full coverage i needed. i called back to cancel and received a call from a customer service rep who told me to email her my name and policy # for cancellation. She said i would get a full refund.
I did. I decided to call back 5 days later to check the status. I get the run around, then call my local office. He told me to submit a form is an only way to cancel.I did.
Policy got cancelled. No full refund as stated. I was put on hold constantly for over 45 mins. This is 11th day and refund still isn't refunded.
i am told i will receive 35% of what i paid initially. Not even close to full refund.I saved all correspondence JIC.
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Do your research before purchasing anything in todays rat race for $ in this society.Lies and deceit isn't the right way to handle your customers.

Ive been in a collision and want to start a claim. The collision was today July 27 at1959..
the collision was in William Hilton parkway and the person kept flung but eventually came back.
Need to open a claim because that young lady was at fault and they were speeding. I need to speak with someone asap 843441****

Car broke down
- Vehicle on I-65 southbound began burning under the engine bay; pulled over.
- Hood opened; flames on engine; I removed belongings and waited.
Vehicle was traveling south bound on I-65 and began to flame from underneath the engine bay. Pulled to the right bank to break down and stay of interstate.
From there smoke began fuming and once the hood was opened, a flame was on top of the engine. I got out all belongings and waited until the flames died out.
