Accents for Home & Garden

I ordered a live plant as a gift for a child in another state. The parent advised me that the plant was damaged upon receipt. The company claims to have a seven day refund policy. No mention of this policy was made on the internet site or on the order confirmation form. The order was placed on June 23, received July 3, and complaint was emailed July 14 to Accents for Home & Garden (pepgrehou@***.com). This company is in Delaware and the recipient lives in New Jersey. Since a packaging charge was applied and the distance was not that great, safe delivery of the product should have been possible. I lost the cost of the plant, packaging, and shipping charges. This is why businesses fail!
