SCAMMER ALERT!!
Acamar Marketing, LLC and Winning at Health use a residential address as their business address. I do not believe they are located in the USA, at all!
The address is 465 N. Curson # 104, Los Angeles, CA 90036. The phones are always answered by someone with a foreign accent, which leads me to believe this isn't outsourcing, but the company doesn't even exist in this country. They always give the same pat answer, saying MY BANK is blocking them from sending my $69.95 refund.
Of course, the bank says this is untrue. What sense does it make to deny a charge back? None! (888) 484-**** Try calling their number to get a straight answer.
You won't get one, it is an exercise in futility.
(888) 252-**** I just called a second number and was given such a nonsense answer, it was unbelievable. Once again, when my questions were unable to be answered and when I requested their address, the phone call was disconnected.
SCAMMERS and FRAUDS!
They offer free trial samples and you agree to pay the postage. The kicker is, if you don't return the free trial samples, your card gets charged $69.95!
But, I never received anything that said it was a 14 day free trial for the samples! The company then accuses your bank or credit card company of putting a "block" on your account thereby rendering them powerless to process the charge back!
It is useless requesting a supervisor and when the call becomes too much or them, they hang-up on the customer. Stay away from them because they are the only ones who are winning at STEALING YOUR MONEY!
