I signed up for GenM in 2019 and used their service by hiring one person for three months. I worked with him, and the relationship ended at the end of the three months.

Unbeknownst to me, the company changed to Acadium and has since charged me 499 a year for four years and 147 quarterly, even though I never signed a long-term contract.

I never met with anyone on the GenM or Acadium team to work with anyone else.

So, I have been charged for a never-used or contracted service for four years. I never knew because I did not do the finances and realized that too late.

I cannot understand how a company that should run on integrity can do such a thing. When I reached out, one of the team members wrote to tell me about them providing persons for me to work with.

Why would I do that when I have not used anyone in the company for the past four years? Sadly, companies operate with such dishonesty.

I applied for an internship and I was contacted by an interviewer, but I was unable answer on time. My accounts statues was placed on pause, I did send them a message and the reason why I was unable to answer on time but my account is still on pause.
