Fraud

Someone got a hold of my information and I am worried that I am going to have a Fraud issue they asked for my personal information and left and was able to access a Instagram and Facebook account. I did block them, but I am worried.

Im trying to get money out of my account from the ATM machine my limit is 600 I know does not give me any response. I cannot get any cash out of the ATM for some reason I dont know why I try to contact the customer service. There is no customer service on Saturday or Sunday so who is going to solve my problem with your Monday.

Academy bank locked my account on Saturday evening for a purchase that I made. They sent me a text asking if I made the purchase. When I replied back yes they wouldn't except my reply. I couldn't purchase my medicine, groceries, or get gas for work on Monday. This is the second time that Academy bank has inconvenience me in this manner. The Last time I was shopping and when I got to the checkout u couldn't make the purchase because my account was locked by the bank and I wasn't informed by the bank. I can understand the bank locking my account for security reasons but to not be able to reach anyone to assist with unlocking it is unexceptable

Charge off

I would love to know how a supervisor can tell me my account had a charge off from 2006 but cant tell me why and not give me a statement? How do I know this isnt fraudulent.

Have slept with no food for my kids because your horrible banking system in the name of security.You can't predict when your card is active..you get declined for every minor transactions

My bank card was locked and had to wait till Monday to do anything due to it was the weekend and no way of getting it back on cause everything was closed. But I called customer service and they fixed. Thanks

They just basically *** y**Take away your money all Weekend No way to get A. Ahold of them they used to be a convenient bank. I guess that's gone, they used to be open on Sunday. Now you can't even get anybody on the phone.

Academy Bank - Why is acedmy bank holding my check
know why my pay check is not deposited into my account its not pending but the bank won't put it in my account I deposited at 10:30 yesterday morning it show its been deposited but it's still not in my account I want to know why I called Bank at Walmart branch in olathe the lady told me to give it a couple hrs to call back if it wasn't deposited I did she said there was no reason for bank to not deposit it it's stil not in my account I have not had an issue with acedmy. Bank til now I don't want to find another bank but I will if my checks are not going to be deposited to my mobile account I need that check to pay bills

If the bank is not opened then you have no customer service till Monday bad for customers on the weekends. So you might want another bank with weekends services
