AC INFINITY 69 PRO

I bought the controller 69 PRO and I have a 69 controller and I noticed all turns off for 6 hours except the grow light. I just was down looking in tent and now my fan is off and rest of system is going.

When I had a problem setting up my 69 CONTROLLER a rep called me and we went through it together and setup the controller and then emailed me the minutes and I still refer to that to make changes.

My number is 419-706-**** and Im not home now but will be all day tomorrow.

Purchased a item off Ebay seller longest reply on important communication waited 2 weeks and still never received my money back purchased may light which are okay for the price but not best for price but the problem comes with the communication when ther is a issue contacted ac infinty direct as it was ther ebay sales team hopefully they'll do something about it

I'm unable to talk to a human being about my problems I was cut off on the phone for customer service after 2 minutes and 30 seconds that absolutely sucks

I have questions concerning the connectivity of devices to my 69 Pro. I'm having a hard time getting things to work and be recognized on the controller or the app. I just wanted to speak to someone who can give me information about how to properly do that, and of course, there's nobody there.

Missing parts from 5x5 kit

After taking out a box discover missing manual controller for 9 bar Evo light.

Was told 5x5 had 2 fans! Need to purchase humidifier.

Need to purchase blades for a 19 inch Leaf bolt trimmer

I ordered two 6X20 AC infinty carbon filters, they were on backorder, no problem. Then the problem comes when the ship the filters, they send two 6X16 carbon filters.

I contact them within 20 minutes of delivery, spoke to a guy named Kenny. He tried telling me they only had one size and they were the 6X16 filters. I said not true as i have previous ordered the 6X20 filters. I also directed him to their web page that showed the 6X20 filters and and he told me to send an email to support@***.com with pictures and i did.

Kenny then said his manager would be back in a few minutes from lunch and that he would contact me immediately. I didn't hear anything back from anyone. I tried to call a few minutes before they closed and of course could not get any one. I have previously ordered the 6X20 filters from them.

I also took a screenshot of the web page that i ordered from, guess what the changed the listing right after i called but failed to call me back. As I said I have previously ordered and had no issue, but now Kenny says they only have one size carbon filters the 6X16 not 6X20. I guess they take it that I'm stupid, I'm glad I got a screenshot of the Web page before I told them. Like I said they changed it immediately.

I truly thought I was dealing with a reputable company as I have bought several things from them, but now they try the bait and switch routine. Definitely not a happy customer.
