Terrible Customer Service
Purchased a combination Bordo lock several years ago. Set combination but didn't write it down.
Didn't use bike or lock all that time. Now I can't remember combo so asked ABUS about me shipping it back to them for a reset on my dime.
They refused. What a waste of money.
