Unprofessional
My husband was let go from a job they assigned him to, it was unfortunate, our daughter was frequently ill, and it was out of everyones control. However, he was notified by a arrogant employee by a text message in the late evening he was being fired. When he asked why so late and why by text is he finding out about it, the reply was "I'll let you go how i choose" Someone needs reminded they aren't special, and entitled to talk to people that way. How professional and sympathetic to a family going through a rough and stressful time as it was. Would never recommend using.

Abundant Solutions
I had an appointment for an interview with Pete and was left waiting for a half hour. I walked out. My time is worth more than that, and that's very disrespectful treatment. You would assume if you make an appointment with someone to interview, you would adhere to that time yourself. The receptionist and other employees there kept wondering why I was having to wait for so long. The man didn't even come out and apologize and say something had come up. It was like he felt superior to me. I would never go back there. There are other staffing agencies that are much, much better.

That is absolutely one of the most unprofessional moves by an agency I have heard of. Ironic, isn't it, your husband was fired yet the staff member who sent the obnoxious text is employed.
