- Has not received product for 7 months since signup.
- Escalations with repeated explanations; told to call back after 10 days; still waiting.
As of right now I notified them on 12/03/23 letting them know I haven’t received my product. they been writing an excalation to try to resolve the issue this been going on since August 2023 now they saying to call back in 10 days
Its been 7 months I have been having issues were since I signed up I have not received my product, every time I call they are doing an escalation as to why is taking long for me to receive my box I am stating to believe is. A scam. Every time I call they want to verify all info or that it has been busy same old excuses they also say call back after 10 days because that's how long the escalation takes for answers 7 months and no box here I am still waiting
