Honestly, I wouldn't refer anyone to this company!Relax and take your time, it's been almost 60 days I started email communication. If you can,try contacting the seller, I'm working with resolving with them emails are slow but they respond.
I was forwarded a link to Amazon's return policy, which had no information I needed. I contacted them again, but received no reply. I contacted the BBB, and Abunda never replied to them. Finally, on Dec 12th, after the 4th or 5th email, I got a response from Abunda with a message from the seller telling me I need to wait 7 days for complete setup.
Ummm, okay, which 7 days had passed long before that response. So I replied AGAIN, and here I sit, still waiting for an answer.
My financial institution pushed my payments back twice and won't do it much longer. I'd like a refund to the financial company.

Cancel order
I emailed customer service and was told that they were working on the issue. As of January 2nd, my account was for merchandise I don't have and I not receive any answers.
I ordered the item by accident. I wanted to cancel before the merchandise is shipped because its a no returnable item.
