We ordered a Durango ala carte and it was the same size as a kids taco. I inquired with the server and she said they were decreasing size to make more money.
I was charged $15.99 for this. I have ordered this in the past and it was more than I could eat. We also ordered soft taco with sour cream and lettuce. We were charged $7.49 and then .99 for lettuce and .99 for sour cream.
Ridiculous!! My husband ordered the 3 enchilada platter with 1 chicken and 2 ground beef with queso on all. He received the chicken with red sauce. I discussed the issues with our server and she said that that is just what happens.
To her defense I believe she was new and was a good server. The restaurant was very slow and the rest of the staff was either standing at the bar or leaning on the host stand.
When we left I said thank you and did not receive a reply from the grouchy people at the host stand. This was my favorite place for a meal out but WE WILL NEVER BE BACK.

After more than 15 minutes on hold system advised person I was calling was not available and cut me off. Very unsatisfying! So I never got an answer on my gift card.

I didn't realize this is a chain. What location was this? I have found that non-chain restaurants, whether it's Mexican, Italian, Chinese or whatever, are always much better.
