Two of my orders was canceled and I wanted them now my money is took it on my car and I got to wait 14 days
Two of my warriors have been canceled I canceled them accidentally now they've been taken off my money took it off my car so I got to wait 14 days before my money is put back on my card and I wanted to orders but I accidentally cancel that's b*****

I am owed $126.02 by temu they say and showed me they refunded me but I never received any sort of refund(s) for any of my three packages in the past I've contacted temu multiple times and my bank and no refunds have been seen.i was told by my bank to contact temu because they only host my card and temu told me to contact my back about the issue

I brought 2 airs of boots off you , my daughter is upset and embarrassed that the bottom came off . I have sent u a photo off the bottom off .

Played fishland for a month to get my free item and it was a G shaped Bluetooth speaker and wireless charger and alarm clock thing...it worked for a week and stopped working, I contacted customer service via chat. KILT SAID THEYD HE HAPPY TO HELP...And they asked me to send which item so I did and they didn't reply for 30 mins and then transferred me to another agent without telling me anything no response...the new agent Fiphie said I had to return before getting a refund, I am disabled and bed ridden and have no one to return for me.
How much inconvenience does one have to endure from this company?
I played a game for a month, and then was ignored by customer service missed important phone calls about my disability benefits cause I couldn't leave the chat and already waited 30 Mins I couldn't do it all over again. They won't offer anything for the stress and inconvenience
Preferred solution: Full refund

Every item I ordered has been of great quality and delivered on time well packaged the items I ordered a cooling stand for Xbox series x stickers for Xbox hearing aids facial hair removal body hair removal cat collar reading glasses nail polish dryer hair dryer diffuser for hair dryer smart watch ear wax removal portable hair curler self stirring cups and so much more and everything was great I used promo codes I paid with my credit card, and it's safe secure and if there was a problem temu customer service was great gave back the money for the item and temu credit in the same day and I got to keep the merchandise on top of the credit temu credit and my credit card was credited back the money I still use temu and have recommended temu to my friends and family who have found no issues with temu at all
