AI Highlights
  • - Unsafe work practices occurred during tree work.
  • - They cut a powerline with a chainsaw and used a ladder unsafely.

This company's team demonstrated unsafe work practices while butchering my trees, then argued about finishing the job. I had another company out, and they pointed out and explained all of the mistakes made by Absolute's team.

I am very unhappy with the quality of work, the condition in which my property was left after "finishing" the job, and the concern placed on not damaging my property.

They also cut into my powerline with a chainsaw while unsafely using a ladder. Not cool.

I will say that the owner, Robert, is very polite.

I really wanted to give him another chance to make it right. I just cannot after meeting with an ISA certified arborist.

Pros:
  • Owner is polite on the phone
Cons:
  • Literally everything else

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution

User's recommendation: Hire literally anyone else. Some kids with pocket knives would be more qualified.

Absolute lawn care N.O.is an Absolute Nightmare

AI Highlights
  • - They were unreachable by phone until cancellation.
  • - They would not begin work without an online contract.
  • - They mowed seed and charged $150 to cancel.

Absolute lawn care created an absolute nightmare for us. They could never be reached by phone until we cancelled the contract.

When we signed up they would not give service before signing an online contract...don't ever do this as from then on we could never speak to anyone about how they mowed over freshly put down grass seed which blew all the seeds away. They then proceeded to start charging for mowing every week even though it is cold and the grass does not need mowing.

Now they are trying to get $150.00 to cancel the contract when we were very unhappy from the get go. This company is unscrupulous so stay away from Absolute Lawn Care in New Orleans.....lies lies and more lies.
