Very helpful and friendly staff, if you are looking for personal training and do not want to waste your money this is a great place. they have a very unique program, which is nothing compared to regular personal training.
They even offer group classes if you are interested in personal training. Such as kickboxing, boxing, brazilin jiu jitsu, muay thai, krav maga, karate, tae kwon do, judo, grappling.
Our kids are taking advantage of the group classes and my wife and I are doing the personal training while they take class. It works out for us.
