Product size received incorrect and not resolved
I ordered the Large Soothing Pet Bed and Medium Blanket. I received a Small Bed and extra small blanket.
I contacted the company sent pictures of the bed with the measurement tape and they did not even attempt to resolve this.
They never provided a return address for me to ship the items back and never responded in regards to giving an exchange or refund. They just kept my $108.00

Dog bed poor quality
Received X-Large bed very flimsy and flat. The removable cushion is too small for bed!
A huge gap at side of bed. Nothing like picture. The back portion ( toes) lie flat on ground an d flimsy where picture show it standing up.
Absolutely no support hardly any cushion. Reached out numerous time and no contact from company

AVOID
If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did they keep giving me invalid tracking details (three times) but when the bed arrived it was half empty and all lumpy.
Doubt they will refund me as they have said it needs to be unopened but it comes vacuum sealed so it's impossible to not open it. Avoid this company there are many others out there producing better product locally.

The dog bed is a piece of crap. They claim they Guarantee their beds they don’t.
My bed fell apart after one washing. Emailed them for a refund, they did not refund, said that they would give me 15% off for a new bed that I would have to purchase again.They also claim the bed is made in USA not true it’s made in China.
