Would it be possible to get a replacement?
- - The pump sticks and dispenses four to five times the required amount on first use; replacement is requested due to the defect.
I recently purchased Abreva which I have used numerous times before. I like the pump style container as it has always been easy to use.
The most recent container of Abreva that I purchased is also the pump style. From the very first application the pump sticks and when it finally does dispense the product at least 4-5 times the required amount shoots out. I have tried multiple times being as careful and as light as I can be and the end result is the same. This product works great and I would like to keep using it, however this product is the most expensive of its kind and with the waste I couldn’t justify risking this same thing happening again.
Would you possibly send a new one in place of this defective one? Thank you so much for your time and help I’m this matter!
