I purchased 50kg of Pentium Pro CPUs an paid what I was quoted; Pentium Pro CPUs (50kg) =$250 Shipping: $85.00 Next I received a tracking number an after checking (ARB Cargo and Logistics LLC) has kept my product delayed in Greece until I pay an additional $400 refundable insurance cost.
User's recommendation: Don’t do business with scammers ARB Cargo and Logistics LLC.

NOT Happy with ABR Shipping service
I contacted ABR Shipping to get a quote for shipping my car within Canada. The lady who answered me could hardly speak English and she was very rude as well. I would never such a company where staff members don't know how to treat their customers. I contacted ABR Shipping to get a quote for shipping my car within Canada. Fraud, Thieves
ABR shipping is not a transportation company. It is a 3rd party "shipping" service off the internet. Alex is a very dishonest and conniving person who does not pre-book any car shipments. There have been multiple RCMP reports and media coverage of this man. I am surprised he is still operating as I suspect criminal activity surrounding this company. His "operation" works like this: his site will send you an automated invoice detailing your information on your car which is forwarded to your email. His payment options are one of two irreversible direct transactions - Interac eTransfer or money order deposit. After this, there is no contact between the person and the company. He will list an address in your city to drop off your car (parking lot, no ABR shipping office, no plan to transport your car). I was stupid to not have checked on his company before paying. It is unlike me to do something like this but I was in a hurry to get my car there on time. On the day of dropoff, I decided to call ABR shipping to confirm my scheduled delivery from Calgary to Montreal. Alex spoke to me in broken accented (Russian?) English that made little sense. He had no clue what was going on with my car, but pretended he did. Clearly, there were no arrangements for shipping. If this company was actually a shipping company, it would have a plan that could be easily vocalized. Examples of questions I asked that any normal company would be able to answer instantly: -How is the car transported? Answer: Silence -When I drop it off, is anyone going to inspect it? Answer: Silence -Are you a real shipping company with trucks/trains scheduled? Answer: Do not worry, drop your car off. I decided to immediately cancel my plan to ship with this company and used Hansen's instead. Lo and behold, Alex ignored my emails (herein was attached chronology of events in a letter to RCMP that I intended to file) for 1 week until I finally got a hold of him by telephone. He was rude and ignorant, did not want to reveal his company address (silence when I asked him), and told me he would refund my money only after 5 minutes of arguing. Alex said I would get my money by next week because he was waiting for other people to pay (doesn't that in itself sound suspicious? I already paid them $1264.72 one week prior and they did not have it). He needed to funnel money from elsewhere to pay me back. 2 days later, I got a refund minus $150. I am a victim of this thief and I have learned my lesson. Alex, I am sure you will read this as you have responded to a previous poster. Have you noticed that every review on your company not only on this site, but others as well as major media companies such as CBC have basically revealed your company as a scam? I wonder if you know that you are doing something wrong and intentionally continue to do so because you don't mind stealing to make a living or maybe you have actually think your company is a quality service? Check out these media reports if you think I am lying. Total failure
I had transferred my money for my car to be shipped - dropped off the car as advised at a dealership, where it sat, until the dealership called me to inquire when it would be picked up. After attempting to call ABR shipping (the number tends to kick over to a fax line more often than a phone line), they passed the blame onto the rail company. I pointed out that ABR now had my money and had not even succeeded in sending my car to the rail yard. I should also mention that they did advise me that I could pack 100 lbs of other items and my set of snow tires, but 2 days prior to the dropoff of the vehicle, they changed their minds and pulled the 100lbs of other items, as apparently their truck caught on fire, total lame excuse! If it weren't for my persistence, my car would probably still be sitting at the dealership lot in Ottawa! The car now left one week late, missed most trains (so I waited and wasted even more time - almost another week) before my car was loaded on for shipment. As per the contract between ABR and myself, follow-up for tracking the car is to be done through ABR and the customer. I was told that they would call me back to advise the where my car was...but not once did I receive a returned call! I guess the ABR rep was tired of my persistence and gave me the contact number on the west coast for the receiver (who by the way was organized and helpful), but who also advised me that not payment was received by ABR, so they could not release the car to me. Back on the phone I got....a total of 5 times, before payment was rendered and the car could be released. I received my car 3 weeks later. I inquired about a rebate of some kind from ABR as I was now having to incur an extra week on my car rental for the obvious "failure" on the part of ABR in not sending my car out in a timely manner. I was hung up on my the ABR rep and made to feel like it was my fault that they screwed up the entire contract....which by the way states that the shipment would be received within 10-14 days (and was obviously not!)

ABR Shipping is a scam
Do not use ABRShipping they are a scam. I have sent them 1600 dollars to ship a vehicle and the vehicle never got shipped and the money has not been refunded. They do not answer their phone and do not reply to my emails. They first quote me for 1400 then they came back with 1600 then finally they said they made a mistake and it will cost 2200 after I had 1600 dollars already paid. I asked for a refund they said yes but there is never been a refund and I cannot get in touch with the company.

ABR shipping- Auto Business Rizayev
Auto Business Rizayev- also know as ABR Shipping is a terrible company! They do not stand by their word and lie to customers. They take your money and run. You expect your shipment at a scheduled date but they do not achieve it and with-hold information about your shipment. Do Not use this company or ABR Shipping 1 86* 309 **** as you will NOT be satisfied. http://bazarbuy.com/delivery.html abrshipping.com also uses a fake shipment address in Calgary which used to belong to Allied Systems- 7110 Ogdendale Rd SE- but they are NOT affiliated. The worst shipping company EVER!
